Shipping
- We work with fast international shipping companies to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
- Estimated delivery time is 10–12 days from the date your order is processed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package online.
- Delivery times are estimates only; unexpected delays (customs, weather, carrier issues) may occasionally occur and are outside our control.
Returns
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for perfumes that are completely unopened and unused, in their original sealed packaging.
- If the cellophane wrap or seal is broken, the spray has been used, or the box is damaged, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. This is standard in the perfume industry to protect product quality and safety.
- To request a return, please contact us within [X] days of receiving your order and provide your order number and a clear photo of the unopened product.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any original shipping costs (unless the product arrived damaged or due to our error).
Damaged or Wrong Items
- If your perfume arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference.
